Password Protection Overlay
Password overlay requiring "greenthreadletmein" to access the About page. Used during pre-launch. Removed December 2024. No visual preview needed — this was a full-screen lock overlay.
Vision & Mission Section (Two-Column)
Two-column layout with Vision ("A Connected Future") on the left and Mission ("Cultivating Connection") on the right. Originally appeared after the Story section. Removed December 2024.

Expert cards with clickable modals displaying bios (11 experts). Originally on the About page, moved to Work With Us page in December 2024. Now implemented as the "Team Grid" Gutenberg block pulling from the team_member CPT.
Current location: Work With Us page → Team Grid block
To move back to About page, add the Team Grid block to the Our Story page in the Gutenberg editor and update the "Meet the Collective" link on the homepage from /work-with-us/#experts to /our-story/#experts.

Utility Navigation Bar
Top utility bar with Newsletter, Join/Subscribe, and Sponsor links. Was hidden on homepage, work-with-us, and resources pages in the static site. Now implemented in the WordPress header with Subscribe panel toggle.
This utility nav is already implemented in the WordPress header.php. The subscribe link toggles a slide-down panel.
Programs & Partnerships Spotlight — Learn More Arrows
Arrow link icons on the three spotlight cards (BIPOC Horticulture, Heartwood Podcast, Strategic Partnerships). These arrows provide a "Learn More" click target on each card.

Consulting Collective Section (Moved to Homepage)
Three overlapping circular images with description of consulting services. Originally on Work With Us page, moved to Homepage (after hero section) in December 2024. Now implemented as the "Consulting Intro" Gutenberg block.
Current location: Homepage → Consulting Intro block (after Hero Carousel)
To move back to Work With Us, remove the Consulting Intro block from the Homepage and add it to the Work With Us page before "Facilitated Learning & Workshops".

Quiz CTA button in the "How We Can Help" section. Currently replaced with italic "Coming Soon: Take Our Quiz" text.

Workshop event card with "Coming Soon" overlay. Date is TBD. This was a placeholder event for a future 2-part workshop series.
Events 2–6 (Restored December 2024)
Five additional event cards — Webinar, Retreat/Symposium, Community Co-creation, Partner Event, and Workshop — were restored in December 2024. These events are now managed as CPT posts via the Events Listing Gutenberg block.

The entire resources grid and category filters were hidden.

Category filter buttons and 15 resource cards in a 2-column grid with "See More" button. Now powered by the Resources Library Gutenberg block and resource CPT.

The contact form from the reference site is not yet implemented in WordPress.
Contact Form
Full contact form from the reference site with Name, Email, Subject dropdown (General Contact, Consultant Connection, Partnership Inquiries), Message textarea, terms checkbox, and Submit button. Not yet implemented in WordPress — pending form provider decision (HubSpot or WP plugin).
